I do not know if I do not know one person, but it is more expensive to call a mobile phone internationally, as they use a landline. This rule applies even if you are calling from a landline and not from a cell phone. I received this from a friend of mine, and suddenly felt very badly about the fact hat I had only a cell phone number in Venezuela for my friends and family to call. Now, it is obviously more expensive internationally from a cell phone, but I expected that I do not know, however, it is expensive for a cell phone call.
